Service
DocVoya provides software for preparing and managing export and freight-forwarding documents. It is not a carrier, customs broker, tax adviser, legal adviser, or government authority.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for authorised access, accurate source information, final document review, regulatory decisions, exports, backups required by their policies, and compliance with applicable law.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must protect account credentials and must not misuse the service, interfere with security, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer restricted portions, or use DocVoya to violate third-party rights.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew according to the billing period shown at checkout. Taxes, usage limits, cancellation terms, and payment-provider terms are presented before purchase.
Intellectual property
Customers retain rights to their business data and documents. DocVoya retains rights to the service, software, branding, documentation, and improvements, excluding customer content.
Availability and liability
The service may change and may occasionally be unavailable. Any warranties, liability limits, indemnities, governing law, and dispute terms must be finalised in the executed customer agreement.
