Information we process
We process account, company, contact, shipment, document, usage, device, support, and payment-related information required to provide and secure DocVoya. Payment credentials may be processed directly by our payment provider.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the service, authenticate users, generate requested documents, operate customer portals, prevent misuse, support customers, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers and transfers
We may use infrastructure, database, storage, authentication, email, analytics, and payment providers. Information is shared only as needed for those providers to perform contracted services or when required by law.
Retention and security
Information is retained for the period required to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, and comply with legal requirements. We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.
Your choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal information. Workspace administrators also control many account and document records.
