Can several people work together?
Yes. A shared company workspace keeps document owners, reviewers, approvers, status, and history visible.
How do validation and approval work?
Configurable pre-flight checks surface missing shipment and compliance data before a reviewer approves and locks the final PDF.
Can approved PDFs be changed?
Final approved output cannot be silently overwritten. Corrections return to a working document and create a new controlled output.
Does DocVoya replace professional advice?
No. DocVoya provides configurable fields, warnings, templates, and workflow controls; your team remains responsible for regulatory decisions.
